District Export Council of Southern California Appoints William (Bill) Edwards as Chair; Raymond Bowman, PhD as Vice Chair; Kenneth L. Wengrod as Vice Chair, Los Angeles County; Christel Vilogron as Vice Chair, Orange County; and Michael McClune as Treasurer.
This new team of highly accomplished professionals and leaders in their respective fields will lead the District Export Council of Southern California for the period of 2024-2025.

District Export Council of Southern California Appoints William (Bill) Edwards as Chair; Raymond Bowman, PhD as Vice Chair; Kenneth L. Wengrod as Vice Chair, Los Angeles County; Christel Vilogron as Vice Chair, Orange County; and Michael McClune as Treasurer. After two years of extraordinary accomplishments, Vincent Iacopella steps down as Chair of DECSC and hands over the reins to the new leadership team. Vincent Iacopella will now hold the title of Immediate Past Chair.
The District Export Council of Southern California assists local small and medium-sized companies export their products and services worldwide by sponsoring export-related events and workshops.
DECSC along with the U.S. Commercial Service of the U.S. Department of Commerce offer four ways to grow international sales for California-based companies looking to expand their business overseas:

The District Export Councils contribute leadership and international trade expertise to complement the U.S. Commercial Service’s export promotion efforts through counseling businesses and conducting trade education and community outreach.
